In a world of work-from-home, Oakland Tower—the tallest commercial tower in East San Francisco Bay—was looking to bring people back to the office with their real estate offering. That all started with a sunny brand narrative, punchy headlines, and an optimistic visual identity with lots of fun illustrations. What’s culminated is a stand-out brand identity in the very serious world of commercial real estate.
Tasked with creating a VIP experience that felt at home among Live Nation’s many amphitheaters, we were given the name BOOM. That inspired us to crank the VIP treatment to full blast and go BOOM with an amplified concert experience that’s bigger, bolder, and more fun.
